Steel concrete structure crack detection based on the dense direct current potential data

摘要: 本文介绍一种基于密集直流电位数据探测钢筋混凝土结构裂缝的新方法,克服钢筋混凝土结构内部钢筋等不均匀体的影响.首先利用局部加密非结构化网格离散存在裂缝的钢筋混凝土结构三维模型;其次采用有限元法三维数值模拟单点供电逐点密集观测电位的数据采集方式,分析钢筋和裂缝对结构内部电流分布及观测数据的影响;最后将上述方法应用于实际的钢筋混凝土结构裂缝探测.结果表明:(1)裂缝造成结构内部电流“绕行”,裂缝两边的电位存在明显的“断崖式”变化;(2)钢筋使结构中的电流汇聚,结构表面的电流密度减小,造成所观测到的电位变小.但电位曲线连续光滑,对裂缝探测不产生影响.通过密集采集直流电位数据探测钢筋混凝土裂缝是可行的,且不受结构内部不均匀介质的影响.钢筋混凝土表面裂缝的精确探测,有助于尽早发现结构中的质量问题,为后期处理提供科学依据.Abstract: We present a new method for detecting cracks on steel concrete structures by the dense Direct Current (DC) potential data, which overcomes the influence of nonuniform components. Firstly, the locally refine unstructured mesh is used to discrete 3D steel concrete structure; Secondly, the finite element method is carried out to simulate the data acquisition that point-by-point dense measuring potential for the single electrode inject current into structure, and analyzed to the effect of steels and cracks on the current distribution and observation data; Finally, the mentioned method is applied to the real crack detection of steel concrete structure. The results show that: (1) the crack causes the current to “circumambulate” in the structure, and the potential both sides of the crack are likely to suffer “a cliff-like drop”; (2) the steels make the current converge, and the current density is decreased on the surface of the structure, and potential becoming smaller. But the curve of potential is still continuous and smooth. It is verify to validity of the detection of cracks on steel concrete by densely acquire DC potential data. Accurate detection to cracks of the steel concrete is helpful to find quality problems in structures as early as possible and provide scientific proof for later treatment.
