Pripremljenost za prirodne katastrofe izazvane zemljotresom - pregled literature

Sažetak
Pripremljenost za prirodne katastrofe izazvane zemljotresom je poslednjih decenija postalo vrlo aktuelno naučno i društveno istraživačko pitanje. Uprkos mnogobrojnim naporima istraživača širom sveta, suočenih sa narastajućim posledicama zemljotresa, veliki broj pitanja preostaje da se aktuelizuje i operacionalizuje kroz konkretna istraživanja. Polazeći od značaja pregleda literature u koncipiranju kvantitativnih istraživanja, u radu se korišćenjem analitičko-sistematske perspektive pokušavaju osvetliti i pojasniti značajna teorijska saznanja, primenjeni metodološki okviri, relevantni nalazi, ograničenja istraživanja i preporuke za sprovođenje budućih istraživanja u vezi sa pripremljenošću za prirodne katastrofe izazvane zemljotresom. Za potrebe analize i opisa relevantnih radova korišćeno je više desetina naučnih radova objavljenih u prestižnim međunarodnim časopisima. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da većina naučnih radova pripada kvantitativnoj istraživačkoj tradiciji i da postoje nekonzistentni rezultati ispitivanja uticaja personalnih i sredinskih faktora na pripremljenost. Takođe, korišćenje neispitanih instrumenata istraživanja dodatno otežava mogućnost kvalitetne komparacije rezultata. U Srbiji su veoma retka istraživanja o pripremljenosti za prirodne katastrofe, te je stoga potrebno sprovesti određena multimetodska istraživanja kako bi se uspostavio solidan teorijski i empirijski fond saznanja sa ciljem racionalnog odlučivanja donosioca odluka u periodu katastrofa.
