Neuroblastoma is a highly malignant tumor that arises from sympathetic cells. Itis found mostly in infants and easily metastasizes to bone. However reports of neuroblastoma metastasizing to the jaw are very rare.
A case of metastatic neuroblastoma of the mandible and cervical lymph nodes is reported. The patient was a 14-year-old boy with a chief complaint of gingival swelling in the left molar region of the mandible. The primary tumor was found in the left adrenal glands.
