The economics has been regarded as an applied field in the economy, essentially an application of the neoclassical economy of well-being and in close connection with medical sciences and medical technology. In the scientific-didactic journal no. 1 (103) / 2018 of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, we have argued that the incentives to reduce the cost per case is the motivation of payment per case as a prevailing element. Case-based funding is induced by the conviction that hospitals have many opportunities to save money by operating more efficiently and providing a cost-effective case mix index (CMI), case-based hospital based hospitals advantage. In light of the rationale started from the foregoing considerations, we will propose a dispersion analysis model based on two independent variables, the so-called two-way ANOVA model with interactions. Two psychological factors are proposed for experimentation: learning coding and motivation at two levels resulting in a two by two design. For practical reasons, we will study the effects of coding learning for units with an CMI below the regional average of the regional hospital subject to analysis, coding learning for units with an CMI above the hospital average and motivation for surgical unit and medical unit. Twelve units were selected in four combinations, and three units were made available for each combination, and the dependent variable was the revenue generated. In the experimental program, three effects were estimated, of which: two main effects of the learning and motivation factors and an interaction effect of the two factors. Three hypotheses have also been tested. After applying the bifactorial ANOVA model with interactions, the Supposedly Irrelevant Factors identified by Richard Thaler come to complete the study, so going through these steps makes future research into the field.
