Hemangioendotelioma Papilar Intralinfático (Tumor de Dabska) em dorso lingual de um paciente idoso: um relato de caso

O presente relato descreverá um caso raro do aparecimento na cavidade bucal da lesão hemangioendotelioma papilar intralinfático, mais conhecida como Tumor de Dabska, em dorso lingual, de um paciente idoso do gênero masculino, 66, melanoderma. Este tumor é uma neoplasia vascular rara, com características fenotípicas linfáticas, mas de baixo grau invasivo, que não apresenta padrão de localização, sendo este apenas o seu segundo desenvolvimento relatado na cavidade oral. Além disso, apresenta um comportamento variável, podendo atuar clinicamente de forma semelhante a outras doenças. Desta forma, diante das informações clínicas coletadas, foi estabelecida a hipótese diagnóstica de granuloma piogênico, contrariada pelo laudo histopatológico, realizado com material recolhido por meio de uma biópsia excisional. Portanto, o comportamento clínico e histopatológico do tumor de Dabska serão debatidos.
