Swelling on the left side of the neck developing short time after birth. It is progressively increasing in size.

Swelling on the left side of the neck. It is occupies the left parotid galnd. It appears short time after birth. It progressively increased in size over the last 4 months. The most probable diagnosis is vascular malformation most likely infantile hemangioma.
