Presentation

Vertigo.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Small extra-axial cystic lesion at the left cerebellopontine angle (CPA) of CSF signal on all sequences with no restricted diffusion, displacing the facial/vestibulocochlear nerves in keeping with an arachnoid cyst.

Normal appearance of the cerebellum and cerebral hemispheres.
