Trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 6 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There are diaphyseal, incomplete fractures of both radius and ulna bones with cortical breach of only one aspect that resultant angulation inferring greenstick fractures. Radius head dislocation is suspected.

Case Discussion

Greenstick fractures are incomplete fractures of young children with cortical breach of only one side of the bone, usually mid-diaphyseal and occur in tandem with angulation.
