Bronchogenic cyst

Breathlessness, not associated with cough or expectoration. No hemoptysis. No dysphagia.

CT through the chest demonstrates a large fluid density cystic structure abutting the right side of the superior mediastinum without evidence of invasion into either the mediastinum or the lung. It is well circumscribed and has appearances most consistent with a bronchogenic cyst.
