父母涉入在學童參與團體運動幸福愉悅感所扮演之角色

Role of Parental Involvement in the Happiness of Schoolchildren Participating in Team Sports

摘要


本研究目的是分析國小學童參與足球運動,父母涉入是否提升自我效能,再進一步關聯到幸福愉悅,探討「父母涉入→自我效能→幸福愉悅」之「調節式中介效果」;再者,分析國小學童的同儕關係在上述關聯中扮演的角色。分析資料來自於2019年之「足球運動對幼童身心發展」調查,有效樣本數為420份,以調節式中介模型進行分析。研究結果顯示在父母涉入對幸福愉悅的影響過程中,國小學童的自我效能具有部分中介作用。再者,在父母涉入對自我效能、自我效能對幸福愉悅的關聯過程中,同儕關係扮演著調節角色。本研究結論指出與同儕關係愈緊密,「父母涉入→自我效能→幸福愉悅」之間的關聯性愈強。

The purposes of this study are to examine whether children's participation in football is related to their parents' involvement in improving their self-efficacy and happiness, and explore the moderated mediation effects of "parental involvement → self-efficacy → happiness." In addition, we also assess the association of children's peer relationships with happiness. Data were collected from the 2019 "Football on Children's Physical and Mental Development" survey, with a valid sample size of 420. The moderated mediation model was employed for analysis. Results indicate that parental involvement significantly mediated the happiness, pleasure and self-efficacy that children derived from team sport participation. Furthermore, peer relationships play a moderating role in the relationship between parental involvement and self-efficacy on one hand, and self-efficacy and happiness on the other. In conclusion, closer peer relationships result in a stronger correlation between parental involvement, self-efficacy, and happiness.
