Code used for the analysis of a dataset for investigating socio-ecological changes in Arctic fjords

This R script contains the code used to analyse the FACE-IT v1.0 dataset, which is available on PANGAEA at: https://doi.pangaea.de/10.1594/PANGAEA.953115 . Also contained herein is the code to generate the figures and tables seen in the manuscript submitted for review at Earth System Science Data (ESSD). Note that much of this code is designed to be run within the code base found at: https://github.com/FACE-IT-project/WP1 . It also requires access to many large data files available via Robert Schlegel's pCloud account.
