Linking historical streets: a semi-automatic approach to place identification

This paper discusses the efficacy of the identification methodology developed by Garbacz et al. (2018, 2021) to link diachronic historical street observations. The goal is to create a digital gazetteer of historical urban streets for heritage cataloging (Danniau et al., 2022; Ducatteeuw, 2021).
