Palearctic: 1) Kazakhstan, 2) Kyrgyzstan, 3) Russia, 4) Tajikistan, 5) Turkmenistan (Filippova 1977, Kolonin 2009, Fedorova 2012).
Perfilyeva et al. (2020) did not recognize the presence of Ixodes subterraneus in Kazakhstan.
