Analysis code made available for the publication: 'The electron-proton bottleneck of photosynthetic oxygen evolution', Greife et al.
Two short python toolboxes used to correct time-resolved Fourier transform data of high-activity Photosystem II membrane particles from spinach for determination of the starting population and cycle inefficiency (miss factor), and to perform a global fits of a data set to generate decay-associated spectra (DAS).
