Results of analyses of sequencing data for the manuscript: Propagation of weakly advantageous mutations in cancer cell population

The result of our analyses are VCF files with somatic mutation for 10 synchronous patients samples with both ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) and invasive ductal carcinoma (INV) -  analyzed data set SRP116771. We obtained 20 VCF files for WXS sequencing of bulk data and 1,959 VCF files of WGS sequencing of SC data. VCF filenames are associated with meta information from the publication: Casasent AK, Schalck A, Gao R, Sei E, Long A, Pangburn W, et al.
