Manfaat Lingkungan Sekolah Sebagai Sumber Belajar Mata Pelajaran IPA Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa SMPN 4 Jember Kelas VIII D

Learning by utilizing the school environment as a learning resource can provide real and direct experience to students. The environment as a learning tool means everything that is around us and around us, such as inanimate objects and living organisms, which are utilized in the teaching and learning process. Learning Natural Sciences (IPA) is a form of learning variations related to the natural environment. This allows teachers to innovate by utilizing the surrounding environment as a source of learning at SMPN 4 Jember. This study aims to introduce the school environment as a source of learning in science subjects at school. The basis of this research uses qualitative methods. The location of this research was conducted at SMPN 4 Jember which is located at Jl. Nusa Indah, Kec. Patrang, Kab. Jember, East Java. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. The results of the research show that the results of interviews and observations obtained, that the use of the school environment as learning material can make it easier for students to understand and understand what is learned, so that it can make it easier to achieve learning goals
