Leveraging Communication Skills to Resolve Conflicts

The article reflects theoretical-methodological connotations regarding the utilization of communication skills for conflict resolution. Communication is a process we face every day, but conflict is also a daily „ingredient” of our life experience. In general, some people seem to only know how to cause conflicts, others solve them. However, we should note that, when the conflict becomes very intense (what is called the escalation of the conflict), it burns like a fire all the good intentions of the communication partners. Similarly, conflict is easily entered, but exit is much more difficult.
