Nyctalus aviator

Description

Nyctalus aviator (Thomas, 1911). Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist., ser. 8, 8:380.

TYPE LOCALITY: Japan, Honshu, Tokyo.

DISTRIBUTION: Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu, Tsushima, Iki (Japan); Korea; E China.

COMMENTS: Listed as a subspecies of lasiopterus by Ellerman and Morrison-Scott (1951:161); but see Corbet (1978c:56).
