Description

Diplomys caniceps (Günther, 1877). Proc. Zool. Soc. Lond., 1876:745 [1877].

TYPE LOCALITY: Colombia, Antioquia Dept., Medellin.

DISTRIBUTION: W Colombia, N Ecuador.

STATUS: Locally common.
