Andrena longula Eversmann, 1852: 17, ♀.

Type locality: Spasskoe, Orenburg Province (Russia).

Published (original) locality: “in prov. Orenburgensi, in promontoriis Uralensibus”.

Lectotype: ♀, designated by Osytshnjuk et al. 2005: 106, Spask [Russia, Orenburg Prov., Spasskoe, 52°00′N 56°32′E], Jun[e] // longula Evm. [handwritten by E. Eversmann] // Lectotypus, Andrena longula Eversmann, design. Osychnjuk, 1980 <red label> // Andrena varians (Kby.), ♀, A. Osytshnjuk det (1988) // Zoological Institute St. Petersburg INS_HYM_0000265.

Current status. Andrena (Andrena) varians (Kirby, 1802) (according to Gusenleitner & Schwarz 2002: 803).

Distribution. Europe, Russia (to the Urals), Kazakhstan.
