Description

“ Scrobipalpula ” conifera (Meyrick, 1916) – Povolný 1967: 116, fig. 124 (female genitalia of “ lectotype ”)
Records. Meyrick 1916: 582 (Huigra)
Remarks. The species was described from two specimens collected in Huigra. The female was selected as lectotype by Povolný (1967: 116, fig. 124). Clarke (1969, 148, pl. 74, figs 1–1c) provided the photograph of adult and genitalia of this specimen, and indicated that the second specimen was not found in the Meyrick collection. Since the male remains undiscovered, the generic position of this species is provisional. The female genitalia show similarities to Scrobitasta varians Povolný, 1985.
