Description

Xantholinus (s. str.) sardous Gridelli, 1947

Material examined. France: Corsica, Bonifacio, T.Palm 25. VI.1968, 4 exx. (MZLU), 3 exx. (cB). Italy: Sardinia, S. Giorgio (Villaputzu, Cagliari), T.Palm 19–27. VI.1967, 4 ex. (MZLU), 3 exx. (cB); S. Teresa (Gallura), T.Palm VI.1968, 7 exx. (MZLU), 2 exx. (cB).

Distribution. Xantholinus sardous is know from France, Spain, Italy, Algeria and Morocco (Herman 2001).
