New collection record: Ecuador: Cotopaxi, Quevedo (36km NE), blacklight, elev. 335.28 m, 21 vii 1976, Jeffrey Cohen (1 USNM).

Distribution. Currently known from several localities in western Ecuador (Fig. 205).
