Type host. Adults of Gryllodes laplatae Saussure (Insecta: Gryllidae). Site of infection. Intestine.
Type locality. Argentina, Buenos Aires Province, La Plata, Gorina (34°55ʹS, 58°02ʹW). Holotype: 3 MLP 5073/1. Paratype: MLP 5073/2 (allotype Ƥ). Reference. Camino & Reboredo (2004).
