Description
Genus Aragara Walker, 1860 (= Ochtherisoma Becker, 1911)
The genus is restricted to the Oriental Region. The genus with type species A. crassipes Walker was described from Sri Lanka (Walker, 1860), then Becker (1911) described A. imitator (Becker) from Java and this species was recorded from Burma and Philippines (Sabrosky, 1977).
Cherian (1985) described 3 species in India, and Ismay (1990) described A. minor Ismay from Malaysia.
