Distribution in Iran. Fars (Ostovan & Arefnia 2011), Golestan (Hoberlandt 1959), Guilan (Kiritshenko 1930; Jansson 1986), Khorasan (Linnavuori & Modarres Awal 1998; Modarres Awal 2008), Markazi (Vafaei 2005), Sistan & Baluchestan, (Tehran (Cox & Cox 1995), West Azarbaijan (Wagner 1961; Gharaat et al. 2009; Linnavuori 2009), Iran (no locality cited) (Hoberlandt 1959; Linnavuori & Hosseini 2000).

General distribution. Holo-Mediterranean with a wide range from Central Europe and Euro-Asian (from British Isles) to Mediterranean basin, Middle East, Central Asia, and Indian subcontinent (Jansson 1995; Fent et al. 2011).

Distribution in Iran. Fars (Wagner 1961), Guilan (Jaczewski 1962; Cox & Cox 1995), Iran (no locality cited) (Linnavuori & Hosseini 2000).

General distribution. Southern Russia, Caucasus, Near East, and Central Asia (Jansson 1995; Fent et al. 2011). According to Polhemus et al. (1995) doubtful in Iran.
