Description
Heteronychia (s. str.) rufopicea Chao & Zhang, 1985: 132. China, Xinjiang, Baicheng. Nomen nudum.
Remarks: Chao & Zhang (1985) published a list of sarcophagid species from Mt. Tomuer, Xinjiang, and included five new species, but without any descriptions. They later (Chao & Zhang, 1988b) published a paper specifically for those new species, but without mention of Heteronychia (s. str.) rufopicea.
