Tephritis jabeliae Freidberg, 1981: 27. Holotype. Egypt (Sinai: Sinai Mountains & Mountain of Katharina, 2500 m) (TAU). Distribution. PA: Egypt, Israel.
Egyptian localities. Sinai: Gebel Moussa, Kathrina Mt., St. Katherine, Wadi El-Arbaein, Wadi Telah. Host plants. Pyrethrum (Pyrethrum spp.). Source: Freidberg & Kugler (1989). Dates of collection. July to September.
