Material studied. Australian Capital Territory: 1 ♂, 1 specimen without abdomen, 3km NE of Picadilly Circus, 1000 m, 14.x.1971, leg. I. F. B. Common & E. D. Edwards, ANIC. New South Wales: 2 ♀, CSIRO Exp. Fm. Wilton, 10.ix.1970, 12.ix.1974, leg. V. J. Robinson, ANIC. South Australia: 2 ♀, 35°00'S, 138°38'E, Belair Nat. Pk., 6.v.1999, leg. L. Kaila, ANIC. 1 specimen without abdomen, Mt. Lofty Rgs, collection date unreadable, leg. J. O. Wilson, ANIC. Tasmania: 2 ♀, Port Arthur, 17.ix.1979, leg. P. B. McQuillan, ANIC, SDEI.

Distribution. Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia (first record), Victoria, Tasmania (Gaedike, 1968).

Bionomics. The early stages and host plants are unknown.
