Caesioperca thompsoni Fowler, 1923
Holotype: BPBM 3376.
Type locality: Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaiian Islands.

D: X, 16 or 17 (usually 16). A: III, 7. P: 20 to 22 (rarely 22). GR: 10 to 12 + 25 to 28. LL: 50 to 58. Distribution: central and western North Pacific: Hawaiian and Ogasawara islands.
