Plectropoma annulatum Günther, 1859
Holotype: BMNH 1855.9.19.174.
Type locality: Port Jackson, New South Wales, Australia. Illustrations: Gomon et al., 2008:543; Kuiter, 2004:119, figs. A –C (bottom of page).

Distribution: western South Pacific, off southern Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
