This new species is characterized by the following combination of characters: metapleuron and lateral propodeal face mostly smooth, with few distinct striae in dorsal metapleuron and obscure traces on lateral propodeal face (Fig. 6); parapenial lobe of basiparamere apically slender, digitiform (Fig. 15); volsella and basiparamere ventrally short, scarcely surpassing apex of penis valves (Figs 15, 16). Body length: 3 mm. Female. Unknown.

Description. Holotype male. Length: 3 mm. Coloration. Body black, prosternum and procoxa brown, mandible, antenna, tegula, and legs mostly pale yellow-brown; femora, tibiae, and tarsi scarcely darkened apically; flagellum darker brown (Fig. 7). Clypeus punctate and setose, convex, ventral margin rounded. Mandible tridentate. Antennal tubercles not connected by transverse carina. Antennal scrobe without dorsal carina. Ocelli moderate, OOD 2.9 × DLO; IOD 1.5 × DLO. Scape 1.6 × as long as wide, unicarinate. F1 1.3 × pedicel length; F2 1.9 × pedicel length. Mesosoma. Mesosoma with small dense punctures, except metapleuron with few transverse striae dorsally and smooth ventrally, and lateral propodeal face smooth with obscure traces of transverse striae. Notauli extending nearly to anterior margin of mesoscutum; parapsidal lines about two-thirds mesoscutum length. Tegula with uniform punctures. Dorsal and lateral propodeal faces differentiated by obscure incomplete carina. Legs. Procoxa unarmed. Metacoxa with obscure longitudinal carina dorsally. Wings. Forewing evenly setose, light brown, veins brown, except yellowish at base; second submarginal cell sessile with marginal cell, larger than third submarginal cell; marginal vein with four abscissae. Metasoma. Tergites dense punctate; posteriorly and laterally with narrow sub-translucent brownish smooth margin. S1 basomedially with down-pointing tooth. S2 basomedially unarmed. T2 basally with transverse strip of thick longitudinal striae. T7 convex, posterior margin rounded. S8 without lateral processes, posterior margin rounded. Genitalia. Genitalia as in Figs 15–16. Dorsal parapenial lobe digitiform, volsella and ventral parapenial lobe short, not surpassing posterior margin of penis valves. Paramere dorsoventrally compressed, posterior apex rounded. Female. Unknown.

Type material. Holotype ♂: VIETNAM, Ninh Thuan, Nui Chua National Park, northwest part, Malaise trap 17, c. 150 m, 24–30.V.2007, C. v. Achterberg & R. de Vries (RMNH). Paratype. Same data as holotype (1♂, RMNH).

Distribution. Known from the type locality only.

Etymology. From the Vietnamese loài boò, insect and nhỏ, small. This is an allusion to the generic name Kudakrumia, which was derived from the Sinhalese for small insects (Krombein, 1979). Treat as noun in apposition.

Remarks. This species was collected in the Southern Vietnam Lowland Dry Forests terrestrial ecoregion. Like K. malaenglek, the only known specimens were collected during the dry season.
