Description

DICTERIADIDAE Selys, 1853

The Dicteriadidae contains only two monotypic genera. They are large to medium-sized damselflies that perch with the wings held out horizontally; the legs are very long and slender without conspicuous setae. Only one genus occurs in Ecuador.
