Description
Tinodes waeneri morphotype 1
Material examined. Chouly wadi Beni Ghazli (CH 0): 7 L, 21.vi.2014; 25 L, 22.ii.2015; 2 L, 14.iii.2015. Chouly wadi Yebder (CH 1): 13 L, 16.ii.2019 wadi Safsaf El Ourit (SK1): 15 L, 17.i.2015. Khemis wadi (KH1): 20 L, 22.v.2015.
Remarks. The head capsule has a yellow background color (Fig. 5A); the frontoclypeus and two triangular areas on the genae are conspicuously darker than adjacent areas, the labrum is dark brown, especially around the posterolateral points, and light yellow anteriorly (Fig. 6A: a1). The pronotum has a light-yellow anterior border and two light ovoid yellow marks on either side of the mid-line (Fig. 6A: a2, a3). The submental sclerites and the ventral apotome are yellow (Fig. 6C: c1, c2). In the study area, the larvae were collected at altitudes of 723–1065 m a.s.l.
