Description
Phloeotribus caucasicus (Reitter, 1891)
Distribution in Iran. Guilan (Amini et al. 2013).
General distribution. Central and Southern Europe, Cyprus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkey. Biology. Recorded in Iran from Olea sp. (Oleaceae) (Amini et al. 2013). Stark (1952) and Kadyrov (1989) note that the species also attacks Fraxinus spp. (Oleaceae) and give details of the biology and gallery system.
