Current name: Podarcis lilfordi espongicola (Salvador, 1979)
Holotype: MNCN 14388. 1 3 Ad. Loc.: “ Isla L’Esponge, situada al norte de Cabrera entre la Illa des Conis y Na Plana (Islas Baleares), [Spain]” Dat.: 14-08-1974. Leg.: F.J. Purroy and J. Muñoz Cobo.
Paratype: MNCN 14383. 1 ♀ Ad. Same data as the holotype.
