25. Stigmella palmatae Puplesis, 1984a: 115.
Morphology update (Figs 89, 90): Outer margin of valva sinuous, inner lobe papillated, apical process blunt (Fig. 90). Aedeagus missing (lost).
Material examined: 1 ♂, holotype, Primorskiy Kray, 20 km E Ussuriysk, Gornotayezhnoe, larva on Filipendula palmata 13.viii.1982, ex pupa 12.iii.1983, field card no. 2063, leg. R. Puplesis, genitalia slide no. E. J. van Nieukerken 2854 (ZIN).
