Статья раскрывает организационные и экономические аспекты, которые обеспечивают развитие предприятий АПК в условиях неопределѐнности. Инновационная деятельность рассматривается как отдельный феномен развития предприятий без изучения комплекса взаимоотношений в иерархии подсистем производства сельскохозяйственной продукции. Определено, что формирование инновационной модели предпринимательства в сфере АПК становится основой организационного аспекта, ориентированного на выталкивание экономической системы из равновесного состояния и обеспечения еѐ интенсивного развития. Экономическая составляющая хозяйственного механизма определяется спецификой общей цели его функционирования и проявляется через показатель уровня прибыльности предприятий в разрезе отрасли.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX 

The article the organizational and economic aspects that ensure the development of agro-industrial complex enterprises in conditions of uncertainty are reveals. Innovative activity is considered as a separate phenomenon of enterprise development, without studying the complex of relationships in the hierarchy of subsystems of agricultural production. It has been determined that the formation of an innovative model of entrepreneurship in the agro-industrial complex becomes the basis of the organizational aspect, focused on pushing the economic system out of the equilibrium state and ensuring its intensive development. The economic component of the economic mechanism is determined by the specifics of the general purpose of its functioning and is manifested through the indicator of the level of profitability of enterprises in the context of the industry.
