Description

- Phyllophaga (Phytalus) mesophylla Morón & Rivera, 1992

Paratypes: 1 ♂, 2 ♀. MÉXICO: Jalisco Sierra de Manantlan, Estación Científica Las Joyas, Bosque mesófilo, 1900 m, bosque pino, 17/IV/1986. Col. L. Rivera.

Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved; genitalia glued on a card. Additional notes: The current name of this species is Phyllophaga mesophylla Morón & Rivera (see Evans and Smith, 2009).
