Description
NeuroPyxels (npyx) is a python library built by and for electrophysiologists using Neuropixels electrodes. It features a suite of core utility functions for loading, processing and plotting Neuropixels data. Npyx works in harmony with the data formatting employed by SpikeGLX used in combination with Kilosort and Phy.
Find the project on github (https://github.com/m-beau/NeuroPyxels) and pip (https://pypi.org/project/npyx/) for detailed installation instructions and documentation.
