TYPE LOCALITY. — Peru, [Puno], Santo Domingo, Carabaya, La Oroya, Rio Inambari.
TYPE SPECIMENS. — Described from 4 male and 3 female syntypes (BMNH; one of the male from La Oroya labeled TYPE).
