Bothrogonia ferruginea (Fabricius, 1787): Nast (1972) [listed with “?”], Dlabola (1981) [listed]. Comments: The records of the species in Iran in both above references are doubtful. This is a species found in SE Asia.
Recorded distribution in Iran: No locality has been mentioned in the available references.
