Leg: protibia of male with large tooth; metatibia with inner margin enlarged apically. Total length: 9.1–10.4 mm.

Remarks. This species can be distinguished by the elytra without a scutellar row; by the vertex of the head being trisulcate; by antennomere 1 being subglobose while 2 is transverse; and by the lateral margin of the pronotum being slightly convergent on basal ½ then strongly constricted on apical ¼.

Host plant. Unknown.
