Hosts. Sorex pacificus. Other hosts. Insectivora (Talpidae): Neurotrichus sp. Rodentia: Microtus oregoni serpens (Holland, 1949; Carraway, 1985; Ayala­Barajas et al., 1988; Hopkins & Rothschild, 1962).
