Description
Caryodendron amazonicum Ducke (1943: 18) (Euphorbiaceae).
Lectotype (designated here):—BRAZIL. Amazonas: Esperança, mata de terra firme alta, 24 September 1942, A. Ducke 1071 (RB 3 sheets, duplicates: GH, INPA, K, MG, MO, NY, S, US [frag.]). Syntypes: A. Ducke 1070 (K, MG, MO, RB, S, US) and A. Ducke 1072 (K, MG, NY, RB, US).
