DISTRIBUTION. Philippines.

HOST PLANTS. undetermined fern.

COMMENTS. This species is only known from the original material, sent by Townsend to the USNM in 1904, and from a subsequent sample sent from the Philippines via Cockerell in 1915 (S. Nakahara, personal communication; USNM collection).
