Some normative aspects that negatively influence the efficient implementation of law №209/2016 on waste

The creation of an operational legal mechanism for the prevention or reduction of adverse effects of waste generation and management in the Republic of Moldova consists not only in establishing the legal basis for Community practice, but also in developing or updating appropriate regulatory instruments to ensure the necessary population health.
