Type data. Ex Lariscus insignis, Malaysia, Selangor State, Gompak Forest Reserve, 16 mi N Kuala Lumpur, near Pahang Road.
Hosts. RODENTIA: Berylmys bowersi, Lariscus insignis, Maxomys surifer; ERINACEOMORPHA: Hylomys suillus.
Distribution. Malaysia, Thailand.
