Type deposition. USNM.
Type data. Ex Rattus tanezumi (syn. Rattus sladeni), Burma, 20 mi NW of Myitkyina on Mogaung Road.
Hosts. RODENTIA: Niviventer fulvescens, Rattus tanezumi; SORICOMORPHA: Crocidura vorax.
Distribution. Burma.
