Lectotype (Hedge in Cafferty & Jarvis in Taxon 51: 535. 2002): Herb. Linn. No. 845.3 (LINN).
Current name: Sinapis arvensis L. var. orientalis (L.) W.D.J. Koch & Ziz (Brassicaceae).
